Lahore (Web Desk): Breast cancer is the most widely recognized disease in women, worldwide with Pakistan having one of the most astounding rates of this malignancy in Asia.
Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre is currently running this year’s Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign with Mahira Khan, Sanam Saeed and Maya Ali as it’s face. The trio is busy spreading awareness on the disease on different social media platforms.
As a major aspect of this awareness campaign Mahira shared on Twitter that she got 11/15 on her breast cancer information despite the fact that she “thought she knew whatever she could about breast cancer!”

To this a Twitter user reacted, “You were wrong, Your are soo small just like your knowledge.”

However, Mahira decided not to overlook this remark and answered saying,”It’s because of people like you women don’t even bother saying the word ‘breast’ let alone go for an examination. Why don’t you take the quiz, to be more aware for the women in your family and yourself (men can also get breast cancer).”
