Iran and Israel must make a deal,peace is near:Trump

Washington (Web Desk): Former U.S. President Donald Trump has expressed optimism about the possibility of a peace agreement between Iran and Israel, stating that both nations should move toward negotiations and that peace may be achieved soon.

In a statement shared on his social media platform, Truth Social, Trump revealed that multiple meetings and phone calls are taking place behind the scenes. “Iran and Israel will eventually make a deal,” he said confidently.

Trump compared the potential peace process to his past efforts during his presidency, claiming that he played a key role in de-escalating tensions between India and Pakistan. He stated that the U.S. used trade incentives to encourage dialogue and that he personally spoke with both countries' leaders, helping to defuse a volatile situation.

“I do a lot of things, but I never get the credit I deserve — but that’s okay, people understand,” Trump added.

He also referenced peace initiatives he oversaw during his first term, including brokering agreements between Serbia and Kosovo, as well as Egypt and Ethiopia.

Trump ended his message with a familiar campaign-style line: “Make the Middle East Great Again.”
