Tel Aviv (Web Desk):According to Israeli media, pilots and reserve soldiers of the Israeli Air Force have raised their voices in protest against the ongoing war on Gaza. Demonstrating outside the military headquarters in Tel Aviv, these personnel demanded an immediate ceasefire and opposed plans for further attacks on Gaza.
The protesters stated that the operations in Gaza are not only causing a humanitarian catastrophe but are also severely damaging Israel’s international reputation. The participating soldiers declared that they cannot be part of a war that is claiming the lives of innocent civilians, especially children and women.
This protest comes at a time when more than 89 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli military attacks in Gaza today alone. Additionally, five more Palestinians have died due to hunger and food shortages. The total number of deaths caused by food scarcity has reached 227, including 103 children.
Meanwhile, foreign ministers from 27 European countries, including the UK and France, have expressed serious concern over the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza. They have called on Israel to grant immediate, safe, and unobstructed access to international aid organizations to deliver food, medicine, and other essential supplies to the affected civilians.
