Bookings for private Hajj scheme 2027 continue through Pak Hajj App: ministry

Islamabad (Web Desk): The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has announced that registration for the Private Hajj Scheme 2027 is currently underway through the Pak Hajj App and the government’s official Hajj Portal.

According to the ministry spokesperson, approximately 64,000 Hajj slots have been allocated for the private scheme. So far, bookings have been confirmed for around 7,600 pilgrims.

The spokesperson further revealed that 25 officially approved Hajj companies have received a combined amount of Rs6.88 billion through the Hajj Portal.

These companies are offering prospective pilgrims a wide range of options, with more than 2,000 Hajj packages currently available through the portal.

The ministry has set November 20 this year as the final date for completing bookings under the Private Hajj Scheme.

It has stressed that all bookings and payments for private Hajj must be processed exclusively through the Pak Hajj App or the official Hajj Portal.

The ministry has also advised intending pilgrims to exercise caution and avoid making payments to any person or company outside the authorized Hajj Portal, warning that such transactions could expose them to fraud and financial losses.
