Apple introduces advanced vapor chamber technology in iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max

California (Web Desk): Apple has introduced an innovative vapor chamber technology in its latest models, iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max, designed to control the phone’s temperature effectively.

According to Apple, the vapor chamber consists of a thin metal plate containing deionized water and a wick-like structure. When the phone’s processor or GPU generates excessive heat, the water evaporates into vapor, distributing the heat evenly throughout the chamber. It then condenses back into water, releasing the heat from the back of the phone.

This entire process operates on the principles of physics without any electrical components or motors, functioning like a mini air conditioner. Apple claims that this system prevents the phone from overheating during gaming, video streaming, and other heavy applications, which not only improves performance but also positively affects battery health.

Experts say the vapor chamber can reduce the internal temperature of the phone by up to 12 degrees Celsius, marking a significant advancement in smartphone cooling technology.
