'High value target' among two Khawarij killed in Lower Dir IBO: ISPR

Rawalpindi (Web Desk): Two Khawarij including a high value target kharji Hafeezullah alias Kochwan were killed by security forces during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) by security forces in general area of Timergara in Lower Dir District Khyber Pakhtunkhaw (KP).

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Kharji Hafeezullah alias Kochwan was involved in numerous terrorist activities against the security forces as well as the innocent civilians. He was highly wanted by the Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) and government had fixed head money of Rs10 million.

The military’s media wing said that sanitization operation was being conducted to eliminate any other Kharji in the area.

The security forces of Pakistan are determined to wipe out the menace of terrorism from the country,” the ISPR said.
