Islamabad (Web Desk): The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has rolled out a new Artificial Intelligence AI-powered chatbot on its official website to improve public access to information and streamline digital customer support services.
Created by PTA's own team, the virtual assistant is aimed at making it easier for consumers to obtain guidance on matters related to the telecommunications sector.
The chatbot is available around the clock and can instantly respond to questions concerning telecom facilities, complaint registration, SIM-related issues, mobile device registration, and other services regulated by the authority.
According to an official announcement, the tool also helps users locate the appropriate PTA webpages and self-service options, allowing them to find accurate information and solutions in a faster and more convenient manner.
