Washington (Web Desk): Apple, the global tech leader, has announced a massive $100 billion investment in the United States, which will be part of its new "American Manufacturing Program." The initiative is aimed at relocating Apple's production capacity and supply chain to the U.S.
Tim Cook, the CEO of Apple, revealed that this investment will be on top of the $500 billion investment already announced for February 2025. The company’s target is to invest a total of $600 billion in the U.S. over the next four years.
Cook emphasized that the project will generate millions of new jobs and further strengthen the U.S. technology sector's self-sufficiency.
Former U.S. President Donald Trump also shared his thoughts, stating that "America, once facing bankruptcy, is now the center of investment," calling it clear evidence of the nation's economic recovery.
