During the conversation, the two leaders emphasized the need for all sides to exercise maximum restraint and committed to promoting genuine efforts to resolve disputes through meaningful dialogue and diplomatic channels.
The prime minister strongly denounced Israel’s attacks on Iran and condemned the subsequent harmful incidents targeting other allied Gulf nations.
He also briefed President Subianto on Pakistan’s diplomatic engagements with Gulf countries in response to the unfolding situation.
Additionally, PM Shehbaz updated the Indonesian President on the latest developments regarding Afghanistan. The two leaders agreed to stay closely in touch over the coming days.
