Govt reduces petrol price by Rs4 per litre, keeps diesel rate unchanged

Islamabad (Web Desk): The government has announced a reduction in the price of petrol, providing relief to consumers.

According to the Petroleum Division, the price of petrol has been reduced by Rs4 per litre, while the price of high-speed diesel has been kept unchanged.

After the revision, the new price of petrol has been fixed at Rs377.78 per litre, whereas diesel will continue to be available at Rs380.78 per litre.

Officials stated that the decision was taken in view of fluctuations in global oil prices, aiming to provide relief to the public amid ongoing economic pressures.
