PSX sets new milestone with KSE-100 index above 169,000

Karachi (Web Desk): Investor confidence has sparked a continued rally in the Pakistan Stock Exchange, with the market showing strong positive momentum on the last trading day of the week.

The KSE-100 Index crossed the significant milestone of 169,000 points for the first time.

During the trading session, the index surged by over 900 points, reaching a new high of 169,450 points.

This rise follows a gain of 2,849 points recorded at the previous day’s close, where the index had ended at 168,489 points.

The sustained upward trend highlights renewed investor optimism in the market and signals robust market performance amid improving economic sentiments.
