PSX achieves another milestone as KSE-100 index surpasses 175,000 points

Karachi (Web Desk): The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) reached a historic landmark on Wednesday as the benchmark index moved past the 175,000-point mark during early trading, a first in the market’s history.

After closing the previous session at 174,472 points, the KSE-100 Index opened today at 175,229 points, reflecting a sharp rise of 757 points at the very start of the trading day.

Analysts believe the sustained upward movement of the market mirrors rising trust among investors and the business community in the government’s economic strategies and policy framework.
