Gold price decreases by Rs1,000 per tola in Pakistan

Karachi (Web Desk): Gold prices dropped by Rs1,000 per tola for 24-karat gold, now priced at Rs443,162, down from Rs444,162, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.

The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold fell by Rs858 to Rs379,939, while 22-karat gold saw a decrease of Rs786, bringing its price to Rs348,290.

Internationally, gold slipped by $10 to $4,208 per ounce. In contrast, silver prices rose, with 24-karat silver per tola increasing by Rs81 to Rs6,085, and 10 grams rising by Rs69 to Rs5,216. International silver also saw a modest increase of $0.81, settling at $58.13 per ounce.
