Islamabad (Web Desk): Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar on Thursday held a phone conversation with Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan and discussed with him the Pak-China Five-Point Initiative focused on fostering peace in the Gulf and wider Middle East region.
In their discussion, both leaders took stock of the current regional situation and highlighted the importance of reducing tensions through constructive dialogue and diplomacy.
They agreed that immediate efforts toward de-escalation are crucial to maintaining stability.
The two leaders reaffirmed the deep-rooted and brotherly relationship between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, expressing a shared resolve to stay in regular contact and continue coordination on key issues.
