Islamabad (Staff Report): The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has submitted a summary to the government, proposing Rs 5.26 per liter decrease in petrol prices.
In the summary an increase of Rs 0.65 per liter has been proposed in the prices of high-speed diesel.
If the government approves the regulator’s determinations, the new petrol price will be Rs88.34 per litre against the existing Rs88.07 per litre.
The government will take the final decision about the petrol prices on March 31 while the new prices will be implemented on April 1, 2018.
