Washington (Web Desk):Former U.S. President Donald Trump has issued a stern warning to Iran, stating that if Tehran takes steps toward acquiring nuclear weapons, it would be its final action. Trump made these remarks during an interview with Fox News.
Trump said the United States is willing to lift sanctions if Iran adopts a peaceful approach. He claimed that Iran was close to becoming a nuclear power but was stopped in time. “Iran had no idea when or how we would strike,” he said.
Revealing further details, Trump stated that before the U.S. strike on Iran, no uranium was transferred. He added that 30 rockets were fired from American submarines, all hitting their targets. According to Trump, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei values the nuclear program more than human rights.
On economic policy, Trump emphasized that the U.S. would respond to tariffs with tariffs and that the government is taking significant steps to improve the economy.
Regarding TikTok, Trump disclosed that a group of wealthy investors wants to buy the platform, with the buyers to be announced within the next two weeks.
Trump also claimed that America’s global respect has been restored and mocked the previous president by saying, “The guy before me kept falling down stairs.”
Making a joke about Canada, Trump said, “I like Canada; it should be a state of the U.S.”
Commenting on New York politics, he said whoever becomes mayor will have to learn to act straightforwardly.
Finally, Trump revealed that billionaire Elon Musk was upset about certain issues, especially regarding electric vehicles.
