Islamabad (Web Desk): The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecasted rain and snowfall in various regions of the country.
In Islamabad, cold and cloudy weather is expected. Rain is anticipated in Lahore, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Sialkot, Narowal, Jhang, and Sheikhupura, while Sahiwal, Faisalabad, Shorkot, Multan, Kot Addu, Bahawalnagar, and Okara are also likely to experience rain. Kasur, Khanewal, Khanpur, Bahawalpur, and Rahim Yar Khan are expected to have foggy weather.
In Balochistan, rain is predicted in districts such as Quetta, Ziarat, Chaman, Pishin, Killa Abdullah, Musa Khel, Turbat, Gwadar, Jiwani, Lasbela, Killa Saifullah, Nushki, Zhob, Kalmat, Barkhan, Kech, Awaran, Chagai, Panjgur, Khodar, Washuk, and Kharan.
Rain is also expected in Sindh districts, including Dadu, Benazirabad, Qamber Shahdadkot, Naushehro Feroze, and Jamshoro, while Sukkur, Rohri, Shikarpur, Kashmore, and Mohenjodaro are likely to experience foggy weather.
In the northern areas, including Chitral, Dir, Swat, Shangla, Kohistan, Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Kurram, Waziristan, and Bannu, rain and snowfall are expected. There is also a possibility of rain and snow in some areas of Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
