Pakistan bat first against Nepal in Asia Cup 2023 opener

Multan (Web Desk): Asia Cup 2023 kicked off in Multan on Wednesday.

After winning the toss, Pakistan decided to bat first against Nepal in the opening match.

The opening match is being played at Multan Cricket Stadium as Pakistan hosts the championship event after 15 years. 

Earlier, the opening ceremony featured performances of Pakistani and Nepalese stars Aima Baig and Trishala Gurung to welcome the spectators to thrilling cricketing event.

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced playing XI for today's match on Tuesday night.
