Rawalpindi (Web Desk): Three Kharjis terrorists belonging to the Indian proxy Jamaat-ul-Ahrar were killed and one was captured after security forces foiled an attempt to breach the perimeter of a Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) camp in Karachi.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relation (ISPR), during the intense exchange of fire, three Pakistan Rangers personnel embraced martyrdom in the line of duty, while four others sustained injuries.

“On 27 June 2026, a cowardly terrorist attack was carried out on a Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) Camp in Karachi by Khwarij belonging to an Indian proxy, Jamaat ul Ahrar. The assailants, after a blast at the main gate of the Camp, attempted to breach the perimeter security; however, their nefarious designs were decisively foiled by the vigilant and resolute response of Rangers troops, eliminating three Kharjis and capturing one Kharji, who is an Afghan national, in injured condition,” the statement said.

The military’s media wing said that sanitization operations are being conducted to eliminate any other Indian sponsored kharji in the area as a relentless Counter Terrorism campaign under the vision “Azm e Istehkam” by the Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies of Pakistan will continue at full pace to wipe out the menace of foreign-sponsored and supported terrorism from the country.
Pakistan shall undertake retribution operations against the perpetrators of this attack to avenge the Shahadat of its soldiers.

President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday strongly condemned the terrorist attack carried out by the Indian proxy terrorist group on a Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) camp in Karachi.
In his statement, President Zardari paid rich tribute to the three Rangers personnel who lost their lives while defending the camp. 
He offered prayers for the departed souls and said the nation would always remain indebted to its courageous security personnel for their unwavering sacrifices in the fight against terrorism.

President Zardari stressed that the hostile plans of foreign-backed terrorist groups would never succeed, adding that the people of Pakistan stood firmly alongside the country's armed forces and law enforcement agencies in their ongoing battle against terrorism.

He said that the sacrifices of the martyrs had further strengthened the nation's determination to wipe out terrorism from the country.

The president also conveyed his heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved families and prayed for the swift recovery of the Rangers personnel who sustained injuries during the attack.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also condemned the cowardly terrorist attack by Fitna al-Hindustan militants on the Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) camp in Karachi.

He applauded the Rangers for displaying outstanding courage, discipline and professional competence in successfully preventing the terrorists from achieving their objectives.

PM Shehbaz commended the security forces for eliminating three terrorists and apprehending another alive during the operation, saying their prompt and effective response had crushed the militants' malicious designs.

The prime minister honoured the Rangers personnel who embraced martyrdom while performing their duty, saying their sacrifices would forever be remembered with pride by the nation.

He expressed deep condolences to the families of the fallen personnel, prayed that they be granted strength and patience, and wished the injured a speedy and complete recovery.

Reaffirming the government's unwavering commitment to defeating terrorism, PM Shehbaz said that the sacrifices of the martyrs would never be forgotten or go in vain.

He vowed that every form of terrorism would be confronted with full force and maintained that Fitna al-Hindustan and those backing it would never succeed in their destructive agenda.

“Pakistan’s fight against the scourge of terrorism would continue with unwavering resolve until it is completely eradicated,” PM Shehbaz vowed.
