Islamabad (Staff Report): Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) confirmed that joint check posts of Pakistan Army, Punjab Rangers and police have set up on motorway M1 and M2 to enhance security and surveillance in context of operation Radd-ul-Fasaad.

ISPR said in a press release, “Pakistan Army, Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) and police established joint check posts on M-1 and M-2 (Motorway) to enhance security and surveillance.”

ISPR has said that these checkpoints are made to increase security monitoring.

Earlier this week, more than 235 suspicious persons have been arrested so far from different cities during countrywide Radd-ul-Fasaad operation.

Country-wide de-weaponisation and explosive control are additional cardinals of the effort. Pursuance of National Action Plan will be the hallmark of this operation.
