Kabul: A senior Afghan official of interior ministry has claimed that the last month Kandahar attack which killed five emirati diplomatic officials was planned in Pakistan. Sediq Seddiqi has stated to Voice of America, “The attack was planned in Mawlawi Ahmad Madrassa in Chaman, Quetta.”
