Lahore (Web Desk): In the 17th match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 10, Quetta Gladiators set Peshawar Zalmi a target of 179 runs. The match is being played at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium, where Peshawar Zalmi won the toss and decided to bowl first.
Quetta Gladiators got off to a solid start against Peshawar Zalmi, with Finn Allen scoring 31 runs off just 16 balls, and Rilee Rossouw making 27 runs off 18 balls. The team completed their century in the 11th over and posted a total of 178 runs for 7 wickets in their allotted 20 overs. Captain Saud Shakeel played a responsible knock, scoring 32 runs.
After the toss, Peshawar Zalmi’s captain Babar Azam expressed confidence in his bowlers, given the fresh pitch, while Quetta Gladiators’ captain Saud Shakeel aimed to set a target between 180 to 200 runs.
