Karachi (Web Desk): The price of 24 karat gold per tola surged by Rs2,000 on Saturday bringing it to Rs284,300, up from Rs282,300.
According to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association (ASSJA), the cost of 10 grams of 24 karat gold also saw an increase of Rs1,714, rising to Rs243,741 from Rs242,027.
Similarly, the price for 10 grams of 22 karat gold jumped to Rs223,430, up from Rs221,858.
Meanwhile, silver prices remained unchanged, with per tola silver at Rs3,350 and 10 grams at Rs2,872.08.
Moreover, the international gold market experienced a rise, with prices increasing by $22 from $2,726 to $2,748.
