Karachi (Web Desk): Gold and silver prices recorded another increase today in both international and local markets, drawing renewed attention from investors and buyers.
In the global bullion market, the price of gold rose sharply by $152 per ounce on Wednesday, bringing the new international price to $4,565 per ounce.
Following the upward trend in the global market, local bullion markets also witnessed a second consecutive day of gains.
The price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs15,200, reaching Rs479,262.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold went up by Rs13,031, settling at Rs410,889.
Meanwhile, silver prices also moved upward in the local market. The price per tola increased by Rs370 to reach Rs7,824, while the price of 10 grams of silver rose by Rs317 to Rs6,707.
