Islamabad (Web Desk): Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif will pay a two-day official visit to Uzbekistan from Tuesday (today).
He is visiting the country on the invitation of President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
The prime minister will be accompanied by a high-level delegation, including Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and other members of his cabinet.
PM Shehbaz and President of Uzbekistan, during their meeting will discuss all areas of bilateral cooperation including connectivity, economic cooperation, trade, investment, energy, defence and security, regional stability, and education.
A number of agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) will also be signed between the two sides.
The prime minister will also address the Pakistan-Uzbekistan Business Forum.
Leading businessmen from both sides will participate in the Forum and hold B2B meetings to further enhance two-way trade.
