Islamabad (Web Desk): The American magazine Geopolitics has recently reported that the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) is using U.S. weapons, left in Afghanistan, to carry out terrorist attacks in Pakistan.

According to the magazine, the TTP has been continuously targeting Pakistani forces and civilians, especially in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), with acts of terrorism and violent assaults.

Geopolitics also mentioned that U.S. weapons worth over $7 billion, including M4 and M16 rifles and advanced equipment such as night-vision scopes, are being used by terrorist groups.

The magazine expressed concern over the availability of these weapons on the black market in Afghanistan, where they are being sold to terrorist networks, which then carry out operations in Pakistan.

Furthermore, Pakistani security sources have confirmed that they have solid evidence showing that terrorists in Afghanistan are using U.S.-made weapons to carry out attacks on Pakistani soil.
