Rawalpindi (Web Desk): Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) and Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf, and Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, on behalf of the Armed Forces of Pakistan, paid heartfelt tribute to the Father of the Nation.
According to the Inter-Services Public relations (ISPR), The armed forces reaffirm their unwavering commitment to Quaid-e-Azam’s vision of a strong, sovereign, democratic and prosperous Pakistan, founded on the principles of faith, unity and discipline.
They emphasized that Quaid-e-Azam’s exemplary leadership, constitutionalism and steadfast resolve continue to guide the nation and its Armed Forces in confronting contemporary challenges.
The statement said that the armed forces of Pakistan reiterate their resolve to safeguard the country’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and to contribute wholeheartedly towards national stability, peace, and development, in line with the ideals and aspirations of Quaid-e-Azam.
The military’s media wing said that on this day, the armed forces also extend heartfelt Christmas greetings to the Christian community of Pakistan, acknowledging their valuable contributions to the nation’s progress and reaffirming the commitment to Quaid-e-Azam’s vision of equal rights, religious freedom and harmony for all citizens.
“Pakistan armed forces remain steadfast in their commitment to uphold the legacy of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and to serve the nation with honour, courage and devotion,” the ISPR said.
Meanwhile, the Inter-Services Public Relations has released a new national song titled “Paigham-e-Quaid” to commemorate Quaid Day.
The anthem is rooted in the words and vision of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and revisits the sacrifices and historic struggle that paved the way for the establishment of Pakistan.
Through its message, the song emphasizes the nation’s resilience, unity, and unwavering determination in countering hostile intentions.
It goes on to present a sincere and eloquent homage to the outstanding leadership and timeless legacy of the Founder of the Nation.
The release serves as a reaffirmation of Quaid-e-Azam’s guiding ideals and portrays a vision of a secure and honorable future for Pakistan, while also reflecting the deep love and respect held by the people for the Father of the Nation.
