Islamabad (Web Desk): The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has officially issued notifications confirming the success of newly elected senators in the recent 2025 Senate elections.
According to the notification, independent candidates Murad Saeed, Faisal Javed, Mirza Afridi, and Noor-ul-Haq Qadri have been elected on general seats from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Additionally, PML-N’s Niaz Ahmed, JUI-F’s Atta-ul-Haq, and PPP’s Talha Mahmood have also been declared successful.
For the women’s reserved seats, independent candidate Rubina Naz and PPP’s Rubina Khalid were declared winners. On technocrat seats, independent Azam Swati and JUI-F’s Dilawar Khan secured victory.
All the winning candidates have been elected from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. As per the ECP, the tenure of these senators will end on April 8, 2030.
