Gold price increases by Rs23,900 per tola in Pakistan

Karachi (Web Desk): The price of gold in Pakistan has seen a significant surge, with rates rising by Rs23,900 per tola over the past five days.

On the latest trading day, the price of gold saw an additional increase of Rs3,400. As a result, the new price for one tola of gold has reached Rs539,962, while the price of 10 grams of gold has risen by Rs2,915, now standing at Rs462,930.

In the international market, the price of gold has also increased by $34, with the value of one ounce reaching $5,172.

Meanwhile, silver prices have also risen in the country. The price of one tola of silver has gone up by Rs192, now costing Rs9,286 per tola.

The continuing rise in gold prices reflects global trends and has placed pressure on the domestic market, making it increasingly expensive for buyers.
