A significant portion of his address focused on the growing threat of climate change.
Bilawal warned of the catastrophic consequences Pakistan could face, such as devastating floods and infrastructure breakdowns, if immediate action is not taken to address the crisis.
He criticized the lack of a comprehensive plan for climate change in the national budget and stressed the need for developed nations to take responsibility for their role in the global environmental crisis.
The PPP chairman called on these countries to fund efforts to repair the damage their industrial activities have caused to the global ecosystem.
