Karachi (Web Desk): The price of 24 karat gold per tola witnessed a decrease of Rs300 on Monday, trading at Rs358,165 compared to Rs358,465 on the previous trading day, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association. (APSGJA).
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold dropped by Rs257, bringing it down to Rs307,068 from the earlier rate of Rs307,325. The value of 10 grams of 22 karat gold also declined, falling by Rs235 to Rs281,489 from Rs281,724.
In contrast to gold, silver prices recorded an increase. The rate for silver per tola rose by Rs14, reaching Rs3,799, while the price for 10 grams went up by Rs12 to stand at Rs3,257.
On the international front, gold prices saw a slight drop of $3, falling to $3,366 from $3,369. However, the global silver rate experienced a modest gain of $0.14, rising to $36.15.
