Washington (Web Desk): White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt has clarified the administration’s latest policy on Iran, stating that Donald Trump has not set any final deadline for a ceasefire with Iran.

According to the spokesperson, the current ceasefire will remain in place until a clear and final response is received from the Iranian leadership on U.S. conditions.

However, she emphasized that the United States continues to insist that Iran must hand over its enriched uranium to Washington under all circumstances.

Defending recent military actions, Karoline Leavitt stated that the seizure of two Iranian naval vessels should not be considered a violation of the ceasefire.

She also noted that President Trump is fully satisfied with the situation in the Strait of Hormuz and ongoing developments there.

The White House believes that strict economic sanctions imposed on Iran are proving effective. The spokesperson claimed that mounting economic pressure is the key factor forcing Tehran to return to the negotiating table.
