Islamabad (Web Desk): Pakistan on Wednesday expressed strong condemnation over the latest wave of Israeli aggression in Gaza, which has once again claimed the lives of many innocent civilians.
In a statement, the Foreign Office (FO) spokesperson said, “Such actions run contrary to the spirit of the peace agreement signed in Sharm El-Sheikh in the presence of leadership from the Muslim and the Arab world, world along with representatives of the United States (US), Europe and the United Nations (UN).
Pakistan urged the global community to act promptly and decisively to stop these violations, ensure the ceasefire is upheld, and provide protection to the Palestinian population facing relentless violence.
Reiterating Pakistan’s firm and enduring solidarity with the Palestinian people, the statement called for an immediate halt to Israeli hostilities and reaffirmed Pakistan’s consistent stance in favor of a fully independent, sovereign, and contiguous Palestinian state within the pre-June 1967 boundaries, with Al-Quds Al-Sharif serving as its capital.
