Istanbul (Web Desk): Pakistan’s Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar held a significant meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi to discuss the evolving regional situation. Ishaq Dar said that the two officials exchanged views on the current developments, with the Iranian Foreign Minister briefing him about the changing dynamics in the region.

In a separate statement, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi condemned the recent US attacks on Iran, calling them a blatant violation of international law.

Speaking to the media in Istanbul, Araghchi said that:

"Iran strongly condemns the US strikes, which violate international laws. Iran will never compromise its regional sovereignty."
He criticized the US for attacking peaceful nuclear facilities, stating that these actions contravene the United Nations Charter.

Araghchi further emphasized that Tehran will continue to defend its sovereignty and people. He also accused the US President of deceiving not only Iran but also his own nation.

The Iranian Foreign Minister called for an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council, accusing the Director-General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, of facilitating the aggression.
