Islamabad (Web Desk): President Asif Ali Zardari has extended his greetings to the government and people of Armenia on the country’s 35th Independence Day, which is observed annually on September 21.
In his message to Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan, President Zardari said that relations between Pakistan and Armenia had entered a fresh phase.
Recalling the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries last August, he expressed optimism that bilateral ties would continue to grow, with both sides expanding cooperation in areas of shared interest for the sake of peace, development and prosperity for their peoples.
