Funeral prayers offered for 6 Pakistan Army personnel martyred in Hangu attack

Peshawar (Web Desk): The funeral prayers for six Pakistan Army personnel, who embraced martyrdom during an exchange of fire with Khawarij in Khyber Pakhtunkhawa’s Hangu District, were held in Peshawar.

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, KP Governor Faisal Karim Kundi, the Peshawar Corps Commander, senior civil and military officials, along with the bereaved families, attended the funeral prayers.

The six Pakistan Army personnel, who embraced martyrdom in exchange of fire with Khawarij in Hangu, included, Captain Abu Zar Farooq, Lieutenant Shiraz Babar, Sepoy Shakeel Ahmed, Sepoy Hamza, Sepoy Muhammad Usman Aziz and non-combatant Ghulam Sajjad.
