Sindh CM Murad Ali Shah assures PAA of full cooperation for aviation projects

Karachi (Web Desk): Sindh Chief Minister (CM) Syed Murad Ali Shah and a delegation of the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) discussed ways to modernise the province’s aviation network, enhance facilities for passengers, improve flight safety, and expand opportunities in aviation-related education.

The meeting, held in Kachi on Saturday, reviewed projects for Sukkur, Karachi, and Hyderabad airports, as well as the establishment of an aviation university.

CM Murad Ali Shah assured the PAA representatives that the Sindh government would provide all possible assistance to move these initiatives forward.

He also instructed the concerned departments to extend support in securing land, improving road access and addressing other development requirements.

The meeting was informed that the proposed new airport in Sukkur would play an important role as a regional aviation hub, providing improved air connectivity for Upper Sindh and surrounding areas.
