Islamabad (Web Desk): A significant development has occurred in the case against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister (CM) Ali Amin Gandapur, related to the recovery of liquor and illegal arms.
According to details, Islamabad's Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan Chishti has issued his non-bailable arrest warrants for the KP CM.
The court rejected Ali Amin Gandapur's plea for exemption from appearance and directed that he be arrested and presented before the court on July 21.
During the proceedings, the prosecutor informed the court that the accused had failed to appear despite multiple summons. The court expressed its strong displeasure and instructed the police to ensure the execution of the arrest warrant.
