Karachi (Web Desk): Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Karachi on Monday for a one-day visit.
Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah and other officials received the prime minister at the airport.
During his stay, PM Shehbaz will inspect the recently renovated Cantt railway station and officially inaugurate its upgraded facilities.
Railways Minister Hanif Abbasi will brief him on the modern amenities that have been introduced as part of the station’s renovation.
The project includes the construction of two contemporary lounges, refurbishment of three waiting halls, installation of executive washrooms, and four new escalators to improve accessibility.
Additionally, an information desk has been established to provide better assistance and convenience to passengers at the station.
