Islamabad (Web Desk): The government has once again increased the prices of petroleum products, making petrol and diesel more expensive for consumers across the country.
According to an official notification, the price of petrol has been raised by Rs6.88 per litre, taking its new price to Rs391.22 per litre.
The price of high-speed diesel has also gone up by Rs5.62 per litre, bringing the revised rate to Rs421.45 per litre.
The notification stated that the new prices will come into effect from 12 midnight tonight and will remain applicable under the latest government pricing decision.
