Islamabad (Web Desk): Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a telephonic conversation with Foreign Minister of with Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov on Saturday.
According to a statement issued by the Foreign Office (FO) spokesperson, during the meeting, the two leaders discussed a range of bilateral and international matters, including cooperation between Pakistan and Uzbekistan as well as the latest regional developments.
Uzbek FM Bakhtiyor Saidov discuss bilateral ties, regional developments acknowledged Pakistan’s positive contribution towards efforts aimed at ensuring peace and stability in the region through constructive mediation.
The two foreign ministers also agreed to continue consultations over issues of common interest and remain in close contact.
