PM Kakar represents Pakistan at WEF’s annual meeting

Davos (Web Desk): The 54th annual meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF) has kicked off in Davos, Switzerland.

Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar is representing Pakistan at the forum, the Radio Pakistan reported.
According to Foreign Office Spokesperson, PM Kakar would deliver a keynote address on the theme “Trade Tech’s trillion dollar promise”.

He will attend three key thematic events on ‘preventing an era of global conflict; restoring faith in the global system and preventing economic fracture’.

PM will also hold meetings with the government and business leaders on the sidelines of the event.

Under the theme "Rebuilding Trust", the event aims to reinforce and strengthen the fundamental principles of transparency, consistency and accountability among world leaders.

he annual meeting of the WEF will continue till Friday.
