Karachi (Web Desk): The downward trend in gold prices across the country persists, providing relief to consumers looking to purchase the precious metal at lower rates.

The bullion market continues to witness a steady decline, driven by global market trends and economic pressures.

According to the latest figures released by the Bullion Association, the price of gold per tola has decreased by Rs900, bringing the new rate to Rs356,200.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold has dropped by Rs771, and is now available at Rs305,384.

In the international market, gold prices have also fallen, with the price of gold per ounce decreasing by $9, settling at $3,335. Experts attribute this decline to the strengthening of the US dollar, inflation dynamics, and shifting investor preferences.

Economists suggest that if this trend continues, further declines may be expected in the coming days, which could be beneficial for buyers but concerning for investors.
