Karachi (Web Desk): Once again, a decrease in gold prices has been recorded across the country, bringing good news for jewelry buyers and investors.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of gold per tola has dropped significantly by 1,000 Pakistani Rupees, setting the new rate at Rs357,100.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold has decreased by Rs858, making the new price Rs306,155.
A downward trend in gold prices has also been observed internationally. In the global market, the price of gold per ounce has fallen by $10, reaching the level of 3,344 USD.
Experts say that fluctuations in the global gold market, changes in the value of the US dollar, and the demand and supply dynamics in the local market are influencing gold prices. If this trend continues, further declines in gold prices are expected in the coming days.
