Flight operations at Islamabad Airport to remain suspended for 2 hours on March 16

Islamabad (Web Desk): The Pakistan Airports Authority has issued a new NOTAM regarding flights at Islamabad Airport.

According to the notice, six sectors of the Lahore Flight Information Region will be temporarily closed on 16th March, which will prevent commercial flights from landing or taking off at Islamabad Airport during this period.

The NOTAM states that flight operations at Islamabad Airport will be suspended from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM on 16th March.

During this time, flights already in the air may have to wait before landing at Islamabad Airport, and pilots have been instructed to carry additional fuel as a precaution.
