Karachi (Web Desk): The price of 24-karat gold experienced a decline of Rs1,400 on Tuesday, bringing its cost down to Rs277,900 per tola from Rs279,300 the previous day.
According to All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association (ASSJA), the cost of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also fell by Rs1,201, reducing to Rs238,254 from Rs239,455.
The price for 10 grams of 22-karat gold dropped to Rs218,400 from Rs219,500.
Meanwhile, the prices of silver remained stable, with the per tola rate unchanged at Rs3,350 and the 10-gram price steady at Rs2,872.08.
In the international market, gold prices also saw a slight dip, decreasing by $14 to $2,661 from $2,675, the association reported.
