Peshawar (Staff Report/Agencies): The Peshawar High Court has suspended provincial government’s notification for the appointment of five advisers and special assistants to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister.
PHC judge Justice Ikramullah Khan announced the verdict on a petition filed by Awami National Party (ANP) provincial lawmaker Khush Dil Khan Advocate challenging the appointments of five advisers and special assistants to CM of KP.
According to provincial government’s notification, Ajmal Wazir, Ziaullah Khan Bangash, and Hamayatullah Khan were appointed as advisers to the KP CM and Abdul Karim Khan, and Kamran Khan Bangash as special assistants to the chief minister.
