Dubai (Web Desk): Renowned internet personality Abdu Rozik was reportedly detained by authorities early morning after landing in Dubai from Montenegro. The 21-year-old was taken into custody around 5 a.m., but officials have yet to release any official statement regarding the circumstances of his arrest.
A representative from Rozik’s associated company briefly commented, stating, “We are aware that he has been taken into custody on theft-related allegations,” but declined to offer further information.
Abdu Rozik, who stands just over three feet tall due to a growth hormone condition, is one of the region’s most recognizable young celebrities. He rose to fame through his music, viral online videos, and appearances on reality TV shows, including Bigg Boss 16. He also holds a UAE Golden Visa and has lived in Dubai for several years.
In 2024, Rozik expanded his career by making a boxing debut at Dubai’s Coca-Cola Arena and launching his own restaurant brand, Habibi, in the United Kingdom. That same year, he was questioned by India’s Enforcement Directorate as part of a money laundering investigation linked to a hospitality group, though he was not listed as a suspect.
