Karachi (Web Desk): Justice Mohammad Shafi Siddiqui was sworn in as the Chief Justice of Sindh High Court (SHC) on Saturday.
The Sindh Governor Mohammad Kamran Khan Tessori administered oath the office to the newly appointed CJ SHC CJ in a ceremony at Governor House in Karachi.
Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, SHC judges, their family members, a number of lawyers and high-ranking officials of other departments attended the oath-taking ceremony.
Later, Governor Mohammad Kamran Khan Tessori and the Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah congratulated Justice Mohammad Shafi Siddiqui for taking the charge of the office as the SHC CJ.
