Moscow (Web Desk): Russia has officially announced that it will not participate in the upcoming “Board of Peace” meeting scheduled for February 19. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov confirmed the decision, stating that Russian representatives will abstain from attending while the Foreign Ministry continues to review the board’s agenda in detail.
